19 października w sali konferencyjnej Centrum Rekreacji Oborniki odbyło sie spotkanie sołtysów oraz przedstawicieli stowarzyszeń z obszaru LGD Kraina Trzech Rzek. Spotkanie to rozpoczęło kolejny etap prac nad nową loklaną strategią rozowju. Licznie przybyli liderzy loklanych społeczności dyskutowali nad celami i przedsięwzięciami oraz kryteriami wyboru operacji, które maja zostać zawarte w nowej LSR. Uczestnicy wypełnili ankietę dotyczącą podsumowania analizy SWOT, oraz wskazali w niej przedsięwzięcia, które przede wszytkim powinna realizować LGD, by interweniować w obszarach wskazanych jako słabe strony. Dyskusję o kryterich wyboru prowadzono w formie kawiarenki obywatelskiej, podczas której każdy miał możliwość wypowiedzenia swojej opinii oraz wysłuchania zdania innych uczestników na temat zaproponowanych kryteriów wyboru. Najwięcej emocji wywołał temat wagi poszczególnych kryteriów wyboru, ale w drodze dyskusji wypracowano wspólne stanowisko.
