Z inicjatywy Stowarzyszenia ”Ostrzeszowska Lokalna Grupa Działania”, Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Wielkopolskiego oraz Grupy Producentów Rolnych GAYOR, w dniu 20 maja 2013r. wzorem ubiegłego roku zostanie wznowiona akcja rozdawania piskląt gęsi, gospodarstwom rolnym i członkiniom KGW.
Inicjatywa ta powstała z myślą o powrocie do tradycji przyzagrodowej hodowli młodej polskiej gęsi owsianej.
Przedsięwzięcie jest elementem programu VIII Ogólnopolskiego Festiwalu Pasztetników i Potraw z Gęsi.
